Make a Claim with GI ASIA

If you require an insurance claim to be made, please provide the information on this page and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Whether it be a weather event, legal issues, injury, theft, damage, or anything else, making a claim can be stressful for everyone involved. At GI ASIA, we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. That’s why we’ve put together a list of things to consider and advice on how to act when you need to make a claim.

Don’t panic! – Take a deep breath and relax – Be honest, but do NOT admit liability. In the case of an accident or other traumatic event, your view of events may be subjective.

Contact us as soon as possible – Preferably within 24 hours (weekends excepted). Our insurance brokers and risk managers are available Mon – Fri during normal business hours and can take your call. 

Mitigate your loss – You must protect property from the possibility of further damage.  We suggest you contact your GI ASIA broker in such situations as soon as possible.

It is not recommended to actually repair damage until instructed by the Insurer or Loss Adjuster. Your GI ASIA representative will assist you through this process.

Claim notification should be reported as soon as practicable to your insurance broker or risk manager by telephone, e-mail or using the form below.
